Georgios Loukas was born on the island of Corfu on July 4, 1963.

• 1981-1988: He obtained his medical degree from the Military School of Army Officers.
• 1990-1994: He specialized in Psychiatry.
• 2005: He submitted his research "An examination of the effects that thermal springs have on modifying the mood of patients taking the cure" to the School of Medicine of the Democritus University of Thrace, Greece.

He started studying homeopathy in 1982. Initially he studied under the supervision of Aristarhos Tsamaslidis. Later he continued his studies visiting Rajan Sankaran in Bombay. From 1993 to 1997 he orgazised a series of postgraduate seminars of Jawahar Shah in Salonica. In cooperation with pharmacists Ioannis Efstathiou and Christiana Efstathiou he has prepared a considerable number of new homeopathic remedies; several have been studied and their particular characteristics have been recorded.

Georgios Loukas is the author of the Unifying Theory of Constitution which presents a unified theoretical medical model of constitution based on the comparative study of the homeopathic theory of chronic diseases combined with the theory of psychoanalytic fixations, Pavlov's typology, the Hippocratic theory of humours and the four elements of Plato and Embedocles.

Since 1994 he has studied the impact of sounds on psychological states together with music therapist Dora Psaltopoulou. Since 1995 he teaches homeopathy in Novosibirsk (Siberia), in Krasnodar and in Ukraine (Kiev). Since 1999 he teaches homeopathy and participates in research programs in the Peoples' Friendship University of Moscow.

The Russian Academy of Natural Sciences awarded to Georgios Loukas the Pavlov prize in November 2000. The prize was given to him for the designing and the clinical applications of new homeopathic remedies. He has also been elected an honorary member of the International Academy of Authors of Scientific Discoveries and Inventions.
